Passed away at the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, in his 87th year. Dear father of Michael of San Jose, California and Gerald of Duncan, B.C. Grandfather to Tyler and Chloe of Duncan, B.C. Special friend of Marian Jacklin of Hanover. Also survived by nieces, nephews and Marian’s family. Predeceased by his sister Rinsina (Ria) and her husband Joe Sonneveld of Inverary. At Ed’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes in Oakland Cemetery, Brockville at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce.
