Pearl Wells
Passed away peacefully at McVean Lodge, Hanover on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Pearl Wells, formerly of Port Elgin, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Wells. Dear mother of Robert Wells of Montreal, Randy (Jemima) Wells of La Ronge, Saskatchewan and Gail (Ozzie) Stoddart of Durham. Also survived by her daughter-in-law Dawna Wells of Sangudo, Alberta, grandchildren Dione, Rickey, Trevor, Tyler and Larissa and several great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Rickey Wells and sister Julie Piedimonte. Pearl was employed at the CAW Hall in Port Elgin for several years. Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held. Memorial donations to the Saugeen Field Naturalists, as Pearl was an avid bird lover, or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
