Grace Eileen Tamborine (Marles)

September 13, 1928 – February 15, 2021 

Eileen passed away with her daughter Darlene by her side at Gateway Haven in Wiarton on February 15th at the age of 92. Predeceased by husband John, son Rick, both parents and siblings Aubrey, Gordon, Evelyn, Jurleen, Arthur, Sidney and Phyllis. Eileen is survived by her daughter Darlene (Bill), daughter-in-law Vicky and siblings Jake, Oscar and Jean Marles, 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Eileen loved to garden and spent many hours creating beautiful quilts. She was a very talented seamstress. She constantly had a craft project on the go. She was a fantastic cook and always out did herself with every meal she served. If you were at Eileen’s house you never left hungry. The kettle was always ready to make a delicious and inviting cup of tea. No funeral due to Covid restrictions. Interment in Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin.  Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services.
