Neil Towers

Neil Fenwick Towers, of Owen Sound (formerly of Guelph), passed away peacefully in the Owen Sound hospital on July 16, 2021, at the age of 71.  He was born in England on May 2, 1950 to George and Edna Towers. The family emigrated to Canada in 1956.  He is survived by his son Kevin, his daughter Natasha, both of Guelph and their families and his sister Deirdre and her husband Ed of Sauble Beach. Loving uncle of Mark and his wife Angela and their son Cohnar of Guelph and Michelle and her husband Jesse of Lion’s Head. He will also be missed by his many friends in Owen Sound.  He was an avid musician and was often seen on the streets of Owen Sound playing his guitar. He also played the violin and the saxophone and wrote many of his own songs.  Neil has been cremated. There will be no funeral service.
