Thomas Gordon
Tom was born on May 4, 1948 to the late Jack and June Gordon of St. Catharines and died on September 24, 2021 at the GBRHC due to complications from surgery at London’s Victoria Hospital on June 17th. Beloved spouse of Sheila for almost 50 years. Father of Troy (Keilley) of Sudbury. Grandfather of Kyle, Kayla and Korie and also Keiran (predeceased 2019). Survived by his brother Terry (Marilyn) of St. Catharines. Brother-in-law of Kevin McCabe (Sue) of St. Catharines. Also survived by nieces Julie, Cathy, Jessica and Megan and nephews Scott, Craig and Brent. Predeceased by his sister Cheryl Nourse (Dave).
Tom retired from BMO in 2012. He loved golf and hockey and was a member of Legacy Ridge (Owen Sound Golf Course) for 35 years. One of the highlights of his life was a trip to Scotland to play a number of the old courses there, including St. Andrews. He was involved with the Owen Sound Greys for a number of years. Also played goalie in the industrial league and Old Timers hockey. Many thanks to all the great nurses and doctors at GBRHC, for their care of Tom. Special thank you to Dr. J. McKenna.
