Fred Boorman

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Fred Boorman of Owen Sound on Sunday, February 19th, 2023 at the age of 69 years.  He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Carol Boorman; brother, John Boorman; sister-in-law, Verna Boorman as well as his nephew Trevor Boorman and his family. He will also be dearly missed by his friend Wendy.  Fred was predeceased by his parents, Mary and George Boorman, as well as his brother Ross Boorman.  At the family’s request, no public service will be held, but there will be a private celebration of life at a later date.  Fred had a huge heart for his family and even a larger heart when it came to his huskies, therefore we ask that any memorial donations may be made in Fred Boorman’s name to the Owen Sound Animal Shelter or the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter.  Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services.
