Allan Gardner

On September 16, 2025, Allan (Al) Gardner of Owen Sound passed away at the age of 71 years, following a battle with cancer. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 36 years, Penny (nee Aitken), brother Bruce (Sheri), sister Debbie (Bruce Milne), sister-in-law Judy (Tom Stobbe), sister-in-law Sharon (Len Jones) and many nieces and nephews. Al was predeceased by his parents Elwood and Jean Gardner and his father and mother-in-law Howard and Ilene Aitken. As per Al’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. Memorial donations may be made in Al’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society for Research, Brightshores Health System Owen Sound Foundation, Chapman House or a charity of your choice.
