George Seymour 1925-2015

George Seymour passed away peacefully after a short illness on April 29, 2015 at the Owen Sound Hospital. George was born in Pincher Creek, Alberta on June 6, 1925. He served in the RCAF and in the Reserves during and after WW II. His service was followed by graduating from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Commerce. He worked in a number of fields over the years, mostly sales and marketing and as a senior executive.   George is lovingly remembered by his daughter Deborah Takeda, granddaughter Megan, her fiancé Keegan, grandson Michael, son George Seymour, daughter-in-law Brenda, and grandsons Daniel and Joseph. He is pre-deceased by his sister June and beloved wife Frances.   As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a later date. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation or the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce as your expression of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services.
