Francine (Frankie) Smith

It is with great sadness the family of Francine (Frankie) Janet Smith of Owen Sound announce her passing on May 4th, 2020. She is now resting with her late husband Percy Smith (2015), father Stanley Letteau (2008) and mother Hazel Cassidy (1992).  She will be dearly missed by her 3 sons Robert Tomberlin of London, Reuben and Danny Plant and daughter Tina Smith, all of Owen Sound.   Beloved sister to Elaine and Rod Lippert and Bayne and Jean Letteau, all of Teeswater.  Grandmother of Michael, Sophia, Kloie, Daniel, Aires and Kyler. Francine is also survived by her stepmother Grace Letteau of London, best friends Diane and Paul Schuett of Mildmay and many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we are unable to hold a service at this time; once lockdown is over a service will be put in place.
