Karin McDonald (nee Schröttinger)

Peacefully at home in her sleep on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the age of 79.  Beloved mother of daughter Teresa and her husband Kevin Vokes and son Phil McDonald.  Loving Oma to Anslea Vokes (Lance Eckensweiler) and Justin Vokes (Elizabeth Van Beusekom). Dear sister of Inge Caruana and Margot Tonin and her husband Celeste. Loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Karin was well known from her many years working at Ralph’s Hi-Way Shoppette and will be missed by all. Cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to follow in spring.  As cats were a life long love for Karin, in lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a memorial donation to Kitchener Stray Cat Rescue.
