Margaret Mockler

On April 4, 2024, Margaret Mockler (nee Sanderson) passed away peacefully with her family beside her at Brightshores Health System, Owen Sound.  Born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 5, 1927, Margaret moved to London, Ontario with her parents in 1937 and spent most of her life there before moving to Goderich in retirement, then to Owen Sound to be closer to family.  Margaret was the loving mother of 5 children, 9 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.  Predeceased by her loving husband Robert of London, Ontario in 2006, Margaret remained exceptionally positive and extremely sweet throughout her life.  For the past 2 years she enjoyed meeting new friends at Seasons Retirement Community, and for the recent 3 months at Southbridge Long Term Care. She will also be dearly missed by her lifelong friends Frankie and Lenore.  Margaret has been cremated as per her wishes. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London at a later date.  Margaret and her family would like to thank the Physicians and all the staff at Brightshores Health System for her wonderful care in November 2023 and in April 2024.  Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services, www.greybrucecremation.com.
