Leon Robert

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leon Robert on April 5, 2025 at the age of 64, with loving family by his side. He was a beloved husband, brother, son, father, uncle and Papi. He leaves behind the love of his life of 48 years, Lynn Robert (nee Laferriere). Loving father of Rachelle Liard. Treasured Papi of Jade Liard. Dear son of Gerard Robert (predeceased) and Jeannette Robert. Loving son-in-law of Leo and Laura Laferriere (both predeceased). Loving brother of Carole (Laurent) of Owen Sound and Annette (Barry) of Sudbury. Brother-in-law of Marcel (Colleen) of Surrey BC. Special Onc Éon to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Leon was born in Sudbury, Ontario on January 19, 1961. He was known for his big heart, his love for shopping, and his ability to make anyone laugh. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and most of all his beloved pets. He leaves behind so many good memories and his family jewels.

As per Leon’s request, there will be no visitation or service. A private celebration of life will be held on June 14, 2025 in Owen Sound. Please message a family member for details.
