Passed away peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Friday, June 5, 2020, in her 93rd year. Vel Kirkpatrick of Central Place, Owen Sound and formerly of Meaford. Beloved wife of Doug, who predeceased her in 2012. Survived by her children Brenda (Ralph) Monk of Owen Sound, Laurie (Barb) Kirkpatrick of Collingwood, Colin (Camilla) Kirkpatrick of Sault Ste. Marie and Janet (Dan) Ruppel of Atwood. Fondly remembered by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Predeceased by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Meaford Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
